The 15th Annual Costume Designers Guild Award winners were announced on February 19, 2013, when the Guild handed out awards for costume design excellence in seven categories in film, television and commercials. This year's winners included three-time Oscar nominated costume designer Judianna Makovsky, who received the 2013 Career Achievement in Film honor, along with the late Eiko Ishioka for Mirror, Mirror and five-time Emmy nominee Eduardo Castro, received the Career Achievement in Television honor.
